Excellent communication skills to coordinate with manufacturing and other stakeholders.

Ability to organize personal tasks and work within short timelines in a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English (Danish is considered an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of GMP standards.
Process and operational knowledge.
Ability to take on a technical lead role.
To be successful in this role, you will need a systematic and analytical approach with the ability to maintain an overview while working on multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely task delivery.
About the Department and Team:
The Process Technology group consists of over 100 employees across five departments: Automation, Process Engineering, Validation, Engineering Science, and CAD Services. This team provides site-wide project support, offering expertise in automation, process, and validation engineering. They also ensure the smooth daily operation of engineering functions, including technical leadership and support for cell culture, purification, and pharmaceutical processing equipment.
Reporting to the MES Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a team of seven MES specialists. The MES team is embedded in the Automation department, which consists of more than 30 skilled automation colleagues.
