Business Analyst – Medical Management Solutions (Stockholm)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to our client’s Medical Management Solutions (MMS) team — a role that blends analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on collaboration with commercial teams across the Nordic region.

This would be a good opportunity if you like solving complex problems related to data, and wants to shape more efficient business processes for the future.

You’ll work closely with Country Business Managers and commercial teams, reporting to the Nordic Finance Business Partner & Sales Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Country Business Manager.

It is a permanent position (heltidsanställning) with an initial trial period (provanställning). But we are open to discuss the flexibility here as well.

This position will be primarily office based in Stockholm, but given the size of the organisation you will be plenty of colleagues that you are interacting with on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze revenue and gross profit performance, including price evolution and profitability tracking

• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals

• Work across multiple data sources to produce detailed analyses, support decision-making, and identify risks and opportunities

• Prepare financial insights and presentations for leadership and business reviews

• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to set performance targets and optimize profitability

• Provide analytical support for pricing and tender strategies

• Contribute to reporting tool development, testing, and process improvement initiatives

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in business analytics and operations

Who You Are

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Business Controller, or Sales Controller role

• Solid understanding of revenue recognition and financial planning within the Nordic market

• Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, SAP BPC, or BW

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or tender management is a plus
