Business Analyst – Nordic Region

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Nordic commercial operations and pricing activities. About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing key aspects of our commercial operations, pricing strategies, and campaign performance across the Nordic region. Your insights and recommendations will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and profitable growth.
You will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and business units to support strategic decision-making. Alongside your analytical expertise, you’ll contribute to operational improvements and help manage core processes such as pricing initiatives, portfolio optimization, and sales performance tracking.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys using tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to solve business challenges and who values a role with both analytical and operational dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of commercial operations, including go-to-market strategies and optimization opportunities.
- Lead pricing initiatives, monitor regional pricing trends, and recommend actionable strategies in alignment with budgets.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring agreements are followed and corrective measures are implemented as needed.
- Support portfolio optimization efforts and assist business units with data-driven insights.
- Manage specific operational processes, including P2P systems, SAP workflows, and sales incentive calculations.
- Contribute to the assessment of field force effectiveness and overall operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with strong knowledge of month-end processes and financial accruals.
