We’re looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Scientist to take scientific ownership of all pharmaceutical development activities for small molecule candidates — from preclinical formulation through early clinical manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize formulations for early clinical studies.
• Solve complex challenges like solubility and bioavailability using enabling technologies (solid dispersions, lipid-based systems, nano-milling, etc.).
• Drive CMC and production activities with partners across Europe and Asia.
• Prepare CMC documentation for clinical submissions (IMPD/IND).
• Collaborate cross-functionally — ensuring science, quality, and speed align.

Who You Are

You’re a scientist at heart — someone who thrives in an environment of trust, autonomy, and innovation.

You have:

• A Ph.D. or MSc in pharmacy, chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years in small molecule development, with strong formulation and CMC expertise.
• Experience leading outsourced activities and managing CDMOs.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and fluent English communication.
