As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development of electromechanical auto-injectors from their Copenhagen or Struer offices and play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into innovative solutions that improve lives worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead cutting-edge projects, from initial proposals to final execution, within budget and defined frameworks.
• Draft and manage project-specific Statements of Work (SOW).
• Align and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring clear and effective reporting.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional development teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Cultivate relationships with international customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Who You Are

• A university degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience in medical devices development or drug delivery solutions.
• Strong technical expertise and familiarity with medical device regulations and standards.

• Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Full professional proficiency in English
