You will… 

Take the full lead and responsibility of creating and executing the CMC strategy, from start to finish. In doing so, you will make gap analyses to continuously compare the current performance with desired results. Along the way, you will identify crucial missing components, such as structures, skills or processes, that will lay the foundation of your recommendation on how the company can meet its goals. You will help with building the QMS in order to achieve quality policies and objectives and aid the company in meeting customer and regulatory requirements continuously. And overall, you will make sure you fully meet GMP now and for the years to come.

You have… 

• 8-10 years of experience with Manufacturing of Cells (in any form: Car-t, gene therapy, cell bank).  
• A pragmatic approach to task-solving
• Excellent knowledge of CMC, and would describe yourself as expert on the subject 
• The possibility to work on-site (at least the majority of the time)  
• A personality that thrives when working in smaller team
