With recent funding secured for site improvements and development, you’ll have the opportunity to drive expansive tests and accelerate overall development. This role is not just about managing processes – it’s about shaping the future of the company.
Step into the influential role of Senior Process Engineer, where you’ll spearhead the fermentation process of methane gas, ensuring seamless flow and operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing new facilities, steering implementation projects, and handling a broad spectrum of tasks, from equipment management and calculations to validation and qualification, and even purchasing. Your keen insights will guide the efficiency of trial design, leading experiments, and fine-tuning parameters or substrates to achieve optimal results. Initially, your role will involve some travel – around 20-40 days per year – which will decrease over time. This pivotal position will see you gradually taking on more responsibility for the fermentation processes and the team, steering morning meetings to discuss data, strategic directions, and potential areas of improvement.

With the expansion of two new factories, you’ll be integrated into a dedicated team of 50, including a close-knit group of 9 process supporters. - A minimum of 5, ideally 7-10 years of experience.
- Education in chemistry, cand.scient. or similar – preferably an engineer.
- Practical experience with fermentation – not from a lab, but in a production environment.
- The skill to navigate various project environments, interacting effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proven track record in deploying equipment and processes, coupled with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
