To develop your sales and management skills within technical sales of pharmaceutical products in a newly established role. This biotech company is specialized in acute liver failure and is actively developing a faster treatment that will prevent sickness, and in certain circumstances, death. You’ll implement a sales management process to build the commercial pipeline and ensure the commercial success of the company.
Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team by coordinating 5 independent distributors. As a natural-born people person, you can also interact with the customers directly to ensure sustainable and long-term customer retention. To succeed in this role, you are experienced in technical sales and motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
A small, yet incredibly ambitious, biotech & in vitro diagnostics company developing IVD products that aim to make a difference in patients’ lives. Their product detects symptoms in only 2 hours compared to current systems, where it can take up to several days to detect the symptoms. You’ll become part of a supportive work environment with people who have decades of experience behind them that you can learn from. - 5+ years of experience with Key Account Management or technical sales within the pharma and biotech industry
- Proven experience with CRM systems
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams and distributors
