To work with innovative platform technologies within immune-dermatology and anti-infective drug development that will significantly improve human health. As the Director of Biostatistics in UNION, you get to use the entirety of your expert understanding of biostatistics and data management across the portfolio rather than only a limited portion of it on isolated projects. Thus, being at the top of your field, you will meet complex challenges that will put your expertise to use in UNION’s ‘can do’ environment.
Lead the biostatistical function and work with Clinical Development across the portfolio to design, conduct, and analyze clinical studies and interact with regulatory authorities. This includes working on several high-profile trials nearing Phase III and having a highly perceptible influence on getting the products to the market in a short amount of time.
Consequently, you’ll achieve a significant impact on the improved life quality of immune-dermatology patients that have previously had very few well-suited treatment options. Entering this role, you are already one of the best in your field, an intuitive problem-solver, and have a highly analytical mindset.

- A master’s degree in a relevant field, and, ideally, a Ph.D.
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience in life sciences or medically related field
- 7+ years in the biopharma industry
- Expert understanding of biostatistics, statistical programming functional areas, and data management
- Familiarity with advanced concepts of clinical research and clinical study design
