You want…

You will… 

provide solid financial reporting of the company’s historical performance in IFRS compliance and an understanding of the key assumptions and trends that may impact the company’s future performance. As a part of that, you are expected to provide insights into financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability to senior management, as well as handle investor relations. The delivery of competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the Executive Management Team and the Commercial & Business Development function is as essential as the reviewing of operations and the recommendations for new productivity or cost-saving initiatives. On top of that, you will be working together with the CFO and Controller to oversee and formulate the business’s medium to long-term financial and strategic plan. Therefore, this role requires you to continuously update the financial ERP system and KPI performance indicator dashboard of the company.

You have… 

  • A relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 
  • Work experience within the field of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)  
  • Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills, plus strong PowerPoint skills  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a natural flair for process optimization and market trends  
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and deliver in a changing environment 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English 

 

Nice to have:  

  • Prior Life Science experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central
